STEEL MANDREL PIGS

Boar Pipeline's steel mandrel pigs are great for product displacement, line filling for hydro static testing, pipeline gauging, chemical cleaning and decommissioning pipelines. Batching pigs can be configured with an all-cup, all-disc, or a combination of both. Multiple options are available that include aluminum gauge plates, transmitter cavities, and rare earth magnets.

BA-2 CUP BATCHING PIG

The BA-2 pig was originally designed for batching liquids but is also great for gauging.  The aggressive two cup design allows for maximum sealing and minimizing by pass.

BA-4 CUP BATCHING PIG

The BA-4 pig is great for commissioning pipelines or product transitions.  Dressed with four Boar cups, the design allows for maximum sealing and minimal or no by pass.

BD-6 BI-DIRECTIONAL CLEANING PIG

The BD-6 pig is the all around bi-directional cleaning pig.  It can be used with the standard 6 disc design for routine maintenance, product displacement, commissioning, or you can add a variety of brushes for more aggressive cleaning.
